Gremmy was one of the worst cases of abuse that the National Mill Dog Rescue has seen and the second worst case that the animal hospital has seen. When Gremmy first arrived at our facilities in May 2014, volunteers were ordered not to touch him. Only authorized personnel and members of the rehabilitation team could handle it because they did not want him to go back in his rehabilitation. He arrived with a broken and wired jaw, which had to be monitored, and was placed in a kennel, alone, just in front. Gremmy's parents fell in love with him and were approved to encourage him in September 2014, after a long period of work by our rehabilitation team. On November 1, 2014, his parents officially became "adoptive failures" and Gremmy became a permanent member of his family.
